How To Book

• Step One
  

  Select your preferred date on the calendar

• Step Two
  

  Select adventure options for your group members. Important things to note: Your group is allowed to split over different adventures options as long as there is adequate supervision for all under 16 climbers. Please see our supervision guidelines for more info. Don’t stress if you cannot decide on an adventure option, you are welcome to amend your booking on the day. Only include members of your group who will be climbing on the day, spectators do not need to book.

• Supervision Requirements
  

  Double checking required supervision ratios for your group. This is a vital part of the booking process because if you do not have adequate supervision on the day it may disrupt how many children in your group can climb at any one time. This is especially important if you have children wanting to complete different adventure options. 

• Step Three
  

  Select your desired booking time, the system will show you which times have space for your group. 

• Step 4
  

  Enter your booking details.

• Step 5
  

  Confirm your booking details and process the required deposit payment, deposits can only be made via credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). Please ensure you double check the date, time and group number are correct before confirming your booking.  

Once your booking has been processed you will be emailed confirmation, please ensure you print out your booking confirmation and bring it to the park with you. To save check-in time at the park we also recommend you fill out the waiver form included with your booking confirmation. Do not stress if you are unable to print your ticket, this is not essential.
